Whitney Brandt has nine years of experience as a graphic designer, illustrator, and photographer. She graduated in 1999 from San Jose State University with a BA in Studio Art.
The majority of her work is print design — logos, brochures, invitations, banners, light boxes — with the occasional foray into web graphics and HTML code. Most recently she's had responsibility for corporate branding.
While her love of design mostly lies in the print realm, she's been moving toward web design in recent years. Developing this portfolio and her personal web site has led her to learn CSS and experiment with implementing Movable Type for content management.
She has advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe GoLive, Adobe ImageReady, Adobe Acrobat, Quark, and Macromedia Dreamweaver, and she is always eager to add new tools to her repertoire.
Her personal interests include art, illustration, photography, knitting, and gourmet cooking.
